Registration All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (student and non-student) includes admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the conference program/book of abstracts, conference proceedings (CD-ROM), admission to the Sunday welcome reception, and all coffee breaks. Full (non-student) registration, in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Tuesday night Banquet Dinner. All registrations will be handled for SMC SoSE 2006 by the Conference Organizers in San Antonio, TX, USA. Click here to REGISTER (Link will open in new window) Please note: Paper publication and scheduling Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages in length) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 4 additional pages are allowed. An additional page fee of US $125 per page applies for over-length papers exceeding 10 pages will be refused. Additional paper publication fees should be paid together with the registration. Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation of only one paper for which the registrant is lead author. A second paper of 6 pages or less with the same lead author incurs an additional fee of US $250. Third or more papers for the same lead author will be refused. Please indicate clearly with your registration the paper tracking number(s) that you wish to connect to your registration! Cancellation policyThere will be no refunds after papers have been accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. Cancellation of non-authors will be by March 20, 2006. After that date, there will be on refund to non-authors. FeesAll fees quoted are in US Dollars and all payments should be made in US dollars.
